J. Carlisle Larsen leads the production and development of Gist Healthcare Daily. A former public radio host, producer, showrunner and reporter, JC helps break down healthcare business and policy news each day.
Prior to joining Gist Healthcare, JC spent 10 years working in the midwest at WDET-FM (Detroit’s NPR Station) and Wisconsin Public Radio covering a wide range of topics, from social issues to healthcare to politics. Her work has appeared on NPR, Connecticut Public, and other media outlets.
JC graduated from Earlham College with a degree in history and film studies.
