As the Principal, Member Services, Frederik Mueller is responsible for all commercial and operational aspects of member value delivery, leading the creation of the business infrastructure, member sales and renewal processes, technology strategy, and staffing plans needed to ensure that Gist Healthcare members derive maximum value from participating in our services.
In his capacity, Frederik leads the creation and refinement of a sustainable, flexible operating model that will allow the firm to deliver on its mission and earn the right to grow.
Frederik is passionate about helping transform healthcare to provide a better experience for patients. Prior to joining Gist, Frederik was an early employee at Klara, a secure patient-provider communication platform, where he helped launch the sales team, developed product strategy, and led the Customer Success team that was responsible for implementing and renewing Klara’s communication platform. During his time at Klara, Frederik helped the company’s platform change how over 2 million patients communicated about their medical needs.
Frederik also worked with health system executives in the United States, Europe, Middle East, and Canada on initiatives spanning value-based care, patient experience, growth strategy, and operational efficiency during his time at The Advisory Board Company.
Frederik holds a Bachelors of International Business from the George Washington University.
